• AUM rises 18% YoY to ₹1,08,377 crore. Q2 Equity Mutual Fund net inflows hit record ₹2,867 crore. Total net inflows at ₹4,186 crore, up 39% YoY. • H1 adjusted PAT rises 23% YoY to ₹238 crore; revenue grows 17% to ₹693 crore. • Achieves 52% of FY27 PAT guidance of ₹460 crore and 49% of revenue guidance of ₹1,415 crore. • Client base crosses 14,300 families; relationship managers reach 431. Interim dividend declared at ₹4 per share. • Management maintains long-term growth confidence of 20-25%.
