• Company declares October 07, 2026 as Commercial Operation Date for 45.05 KMs stretch of NHAI HAM project in Karnataka • Independent Engineer letter dated October 09, 2026 recommended CoD; provisional certificate received for 27.02 KMs service road and 45.05 KMs main carriageway • Project is four-laning of Tumkur Shivamogga section from 170+415 to km 226+750, Bettdahalli Shivamogga of NH-206 under Bharatmala Pariyojna • Project executed by Ashoka Bettadahalli Shivamogga Road Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ashoka Buildcon • SPV eligible for NHAI annuity payments for 15-year operation period, payable every 6 months from October 07, 2026 • Total project stretch is 50.975 KMs; completed main carriageway and service road portions certified
