PNB GILTS : RBI APPROVES APPOINTMENT OF AMIT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA AS CHAIRMAN AND NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Appointment effective October 9, 2026, for a period not exceeding 5 years or until he remains Executive Director at PNB, whichever is earlier. Shareholders approved the appointment at the 30th AGM held on September 28, 2026.
