• Received Letter of Commitment from Reliance Industries for civil works of 400kV Load Pooling GIS Substation at Jamnagar, Gujarat under Kutch RE Project - Z2 • Total estimated basic order value ₹62.32 Cr, exclusive of GST; GST at 18% extra as applicable • Company is authorized to proceed with the job; other terms as per mutually agreed GCC and SCC • Order to be executed within 9 months from the date of the Letter of Commitment dated 9th October 2026 • Domestic entity awarded the domestic work; no promoter/promoter group interest in the awarding entity
