• Allotment of 8,54,700 equity shares (~8.55 lakh shares) to eligible qualified institutional buyers • Issue price ₹21,060 per share, a discount of ₹1,090 or 4.92% to the floor price of ₹22,150 per share • Total issue size works out to ~₹1,800 Cr
