MEGA NIRMAN : SIGNS MASTER EV CHARGING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SAFEXPRESS

• Executed Master EV Charging Services Agreement with Safexpress Private Limited on 9 October 2026. • Company to install, own, operate and maintain EV charging stations under 'MEGACHARGE' brand at mutually agreed sites; charging on prepaid basis with tariff per KWh comprising pass-through energy and margin. • Safexpress guarantees minimum monthly consumption at each site and pays margin on shortfall; exclusive use at site premises. • Each station to be commissioned within 60 days; site term 10 years, extendable by 3 years. • No aggregate contract value or minimum number of sites committed; actual revenue depends on sites commissioned and units consumed. • Earlier Agra site agreement dated 29 April 2026 to be superseded on execution of Site Annexure; Safexpress may terminate any site on 90 days' notice.
