Promoter group member Lalitadevi Shantisarup Reniwal to acquire 4,14,800 equity shares (6.73% of share capital) by gift from son Rajeev Shantisarup Reniwal, proposed date 16 October 2026. Acquirer promoter group holding rises to 30,82,805 shares (49.99%) from 26,68,005 shares (43.26%); seller's stake falls to 15,39,009 shares (24.96%) from 19,53,809 shares (31.69%). Transfer is without consideration and exempt from open offer under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) and (ii) of SEBI SAST Regulations, 2011.
