JISL : CRISIL REAFFIRMS RATINGS AT BBB-/NEGATIVE, WITHDRAWS NCD RATINGS
• Crisil reaffirmed long-term rating at Crisil BBB-/Negative and short-term rating at Crisil A3 on bank facilities and NCDs • Bank loan facilities rated reduced to ₹2,705.91 Cr from ₹2,711.07 Cr after withdrawal of ratings on ₹5.16 Cr facilities on repayment • Rating withdrawn on ₹218.64 Cr NCDs after confirmed redemption; ₹566.99 Cr NCDs remain reaffirmed • About ₹449 Cr of 0.01% NCD and ECB2 obligations fall due in March 2027 against expected cash accrual of ₹200-220 Cr • Company has a signed term sheet from a potential lender to refinance up to ₹800 Cr, subject to lender and NCD holder approvals, legal documentation and security creation • Q1 FY27 standalone revenue down ~24% YoY to ₹699 Cr and operating profit down ~32% to ₹84 Cr on delayed monsoon and raw material price volatility
