• Heritage Foods paid the purchase consideration on October 9, 2026 for further acquiring 5.60% equity share capital of Heritage Novandie Foods Limited (HNFL) • HNFL is a subsidiary company of Heritage Foods • Transfer of the aforesaid equity shares is currently under process • The proposed further acquisition was earlier communicated on July 16, 2026 and August 29, 2026
