• Company obtained new import registration certificate from CDSCO for FoliColor - Oxidative hair colour products • Certificate No. RC/COS-007631 permits import of FoliColor - Hair Color, Black variant, into India • Licence granted on October 09, 2026; valid from 08-Oct-2026 up to 07-Oct-2031 unless suspended or cancelled • Enables commencement of import and commercial sale of the product in India • Company expects the approval to expand its product portfolio and revenue
