AIRFLOA RAIL : SIGNS MOU WITH KTK GROUP FOR PSD PROJECT BIDS IN INDIA
• Signs MOU with KTK Group Co. Ltd., a China-incorporated entity with India office at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu • Purpose is to identify, evaluate, bid for, secure and execute eligible Platform Screen Door (PSD) projects in India • Cooperation to be project-specific through tender-specific joint venture, consortium or association as permitted by tender documents • MOU does not by itself require either party to acquire equity in the other • Consideration or size depends on the value of each tender and is unpredictable in advance • Expected to expand the company's business operations and capabilities in the railway and transportation equipment sector using foreign technology • KTK Group is an unrelated entity; promoter and promoter group have no interest in it
