• Acquired 233,160 shares (0.20% of shareholding) of ESDS Software Solution Limited through the stock exchange on 9 October 2026 • Total cost of acquisition ₹33.40 Cr, on a cash consideration basis • Stake held as investment to reap long-term/short-term investment benefits; company does not intend to acquire control directly or indirectly • Target as at 31.03.2026: turnover ₹378 Cr, PAT ₹62 Cr, networth ₹520 Cr; turnover trend ₹281 Cr (FY24), ₹357 Cr (FY25), ₹378 Cr (FY26) • ESDS is an AI-enabled end-to-end IT service provider in data center, cloud, colocation, managed services and AI infrastructure for governments, PSUs, BFSI and enterprises • Transaction is not a related party transaction and no promoter/promoter group interest in the acquired entity
