CHEMPLASTS : ACQUIRES 27% STAKE IN YESARYES ENERGY FOR RS 45 L
• Company to acquire 27% of total paid-up equity share capital of Yesaryes Energy Private Limited, in cash, in one or more tranches • Consideration at ₹45 L; target incorporated on 20 January 2025 in India • Target operates a 37.5 MW solar power plant in Tamil Nadu and began commercial operations in April 2026 • Concurrent Power Purchase Agreement enables sourcing of green solar energy for captive consumption under the Group Captive Power Plant Scheme • Deal aimed at reducing Chemplast's energy cost through environment-friendly power
