AGEL : OPERATIONAL CAPACITY UP 24% YOY TO 20,763 MW

• Operational capacity rose 24% YoY to 20,763 MW with greenfield addition of 4,083 MW • Sale of energy up 32% YoY at 25,747 mn units, backed by strong capacity addition • Operationalized 3,081 MWh BESS capacity at Khavda in one of the world's largest single-location deployments; total installed BESS at 6,632 MWh • Solar CUF 22.9%, wind CUF 42.9%, hybrid CUF 45.2% with plant availability of 99.3%, 94.6% and 98.8% respectively • Portfolio powered over 4.4 million homes and avoided 17.5 million tonnes of CO2e emissions
