SIGNATURE : PRE-SALES DOWN 9% YOY AT RS 200 CR, NET DEBT UP TO RS 450 CR
• Q2FY27 pre-sales at ₹1,830 Cr, down 9% YOY and 7% QOQ; H1FY27 pre-sales ₹3,800 Cr, down 18% YOY • Units sold fell to 454 from 560 YOY; area sold 0.88 mn sq ft v 1.34 mn sq ft (YOY) • Collections up 9% YOY and 51% QOQ at ₹1,010 Cr; H1FY27 collections ₹1,680 Cr, down 10% YOY • Average sales realisation up 12.3% to ₹17,122 per sq ft v ₹15,250 in FY26, aided by Tonino Lamborghini Residences launch on SPR, Sector 71, Gurugram • Net debt at ₹450 Cr at end-H1FY27 v ₹200 Cr at end-FY26; cash and bank balances including FDs at ₹2,420 Cr • Added 194.22 acres in Tehsil Farrukhnagar, Gurugram with estimated development potential of ~6.77 mn sq ft
