AIRFLOA : SIGNS MOU WITH KTK GROUP FOR PSD PROJECTS

• Airfloa signs MOU with KTK Group Co. Ltd. to jointly pursue eligible Platform Screen Door (PSD) projects in India • Collaboration covers technology, domestic production and project execution for PSD systems • KTK to provide system design, engineering expertise, proprietary technology, technical documentation and technical oversight • Airfloa to lead domestic manufacturing, local project management, installation, testing, commissioning and customer coordination • Airfloa to lead proposed Indian manufacturing programme for selected mechanical and electrical components of full-height PSD systems • Joint participation via tender-specific JVs, consortiums or other permitted structures, subject to approvals
