SJS : SUBSIDIARY CAPACITY EXPANSION WORTH OVER RS 15 CR

• Wholly-owned subsidiary Walter Pack to set up new Build-to-Suit manufacturing facility at Village Koregaon Bhima, Taluka Shirur, District Pune • Existing three plants at MIDC Ranjangaon (two leased, one owned) to be consolidated into new larger facility • Proposed capacity addition ~1,27,359 sq ft total built-up area; net addition 63,086 sq ft over existing 64,273 sq ft • Existing capacity utilization at 75%; new facility expected to commence commercial operations by May 2027 • Investment required: relocation and basic infrastructure ~₹15 Cr, building on lease (ROU) ~₹34 Cr, total ~₹49 Cr • Mode of financing internal accrual/debt; rationale is operational efficiency and headroom for future expansion
