TATAPOWER : TPREL COMMISSIONS 419 MW UTILITY-SCALE CAPACITY AND 131.2 MWH STORAGE

• TPREL commissioned 419 MW of utility-scale projects, over 130% YoY growth versus 182 MW in the year-ago quarter • Executed 131.2 MWhr of storage projects, including 101.2 MWhr in-house and 30 MWhr for third-party customers • H1 FY27 execution reached 645 MW of utility-scale projects and 161.2 MWhr of storage projects • Operational utility-scale capacity rose to 7.2 GW, comprising 5.8 GW solar, 1.3 GW wind and 281.2 MWhr battery storage • More than 2 GW expected in H2 FY27, including 1,075 MW solar, 969 MW wind and 274 MWhr BESS • By year-end close to 9.3 GW expected; FY28 balance of ~2.6 GW to take overall operational capacity to ~12 GW
