(TPPPL) representing 100% of its paid-up share capital • Upon completion, TPPPL will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Taneja Aerospace • TPPPL incorporated on August 1, 2026; recently incorporated with no operating turnover history • Business: manufacturing of precision products and allied activities; market presence in India • Cash consideration for 100 equity shares at par; acquisition to be completed within 2 months • Aim is to enhance aerospace manufacturing capabilities
