• Company issued and allotted 3,25,18,900 unlisted warrants convertible into equal number of fully paid equity shares of face value ₹2 each. • Warrants allotted at exercise price of ₹111.51 each (including premium of ₹109.51) to Embassy Property Developments Private Limited, part of promoter and promoter group. • Received subscription money of ₹90.65 Cr, being 25% of aggregate exercise price. • Warrants exercisable in one or more tranches within 6 months from October 12, 2026, on payment of balance 75% of exercise price. • No change in issued and paid-up equity capital until exercise; shares allotted on exercise subject to lock-in per SEBI ICDR.
