PACE DIGITEK : BOARD APPROVES RS 250 CR NCD ISSUE

• Board approved issuance of up to 2,50,000 listed, rated, secured, redeemable non-convertible debentures of face value up to ₹10,000 each • Aggregate issue size up to ₹250 Cr, to be raised in one or more tranches • Issuance by way of private placement to all eligible investors • NCDs proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE • Tenure, date of allotment and maturity, coupon, security and redemption details to be provided at allotment as per the Key Information Document Impact: Neutral (₹250 Cr debt raise adds borrowing headroom, but coupon, tenure and security terms are not yet disclosed)
