GAMMON Q1 : CONS NET LOSS WIDENS 2.8% AT ₹315.82 CR (YOY), NARROWS 72.4% (QOQ). WEAK
Revenue down 51% at ₹7.26 Cr (YOY), down 70.5% (QOQ); total income ₹7.81 Cr. Net loss at ₹315.82 Cr v ₹307.08 Cr loss (YOY); QoQ loss narrows from ₹1,145.73 Cr (QOQ). Finance costs ₹287.58 Cr v ₹275.64 Cr (YOY), ₹275.03 Cr (QOQ). Exceptional gain ₹6.51 Cr on reversal of provision after IDBI invoked 9.30 Cr shares of AIR Infra & Tolling held in Gammon Power. Current liabilities exceed current assets by ₹11,612.76 Cr as at June 30, 2024; cumulative penal interest and charges of ₹713.50 Cr not provided.
