SANCODE : APPOINTS JERRY AGNES AS CEO OF SUBSIDIARY SANCODE SEMI
• Sancode Semi Private Limited, subsidiary of the company, appointed Mr. Jerry A. Agnes as CEO w.e.f. October 15, 2026 • He will lead setting up and operationalisation of Sancode Semi's greenfield OSAT facility at Info Valley-II, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, on 20 acres allotted by IDCO • Scope covers facility design, equipment selection and installation, process and customer qualification, and ramp-up to commercial production • Mr. Agnes was founding CEO of CG Semi Private Limited, one of India's first OSAT facilities under the India Semiconductor Mission; grew it from a five-member founding team to over 300 employees • Earlier Country Manager & President of Amkor Technology Philippines Inc, with P&L for operations of over USD 700 million annual revenue and a workforce of more than 10,000 employees • He reports to the Board of Sancode Semi and is not related to any Director or KMP of the company
