JK PAPER ; BOARD approved the appointment of Shri Gunjan Dinesh Kumar Shah, as President (Paper).

Prior to this he served as the Managing Director and CEO of Bata India Limited. During his five-year tenure, he led the company's growth and transformation agenda, with a focus on franchise-led expansion, brand premiumization and casualization, supply-chain efficiencies, technology transformation and strengthening Bata's market presence. Earlier, Shri Shah spent nearly 14 years with Britannia Industries Limited, progressing through several leadership positions, including Regional Sales, Head of Enterprise-wide Transformation (Britannia NEXT), General Manager - Replenishment and Vice President - Sales, before becoming the Chief Commercial Officer. He played an important role in advancing Britannia's growth, strengthening its go-to-market capabilities and driving its transformation agenda.
