• Board approved allotment of 13,98,000 warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares on preferential basis • Issue price ₹126.50 per warrant; ₹31.625 per warrant (25%) received upfront, balance ₹94.88 payable on conversion • Total consideration aggregating ~₹17.68 Cr; ₹4.42 Cr received as warrant subscription price • Promoter allottees: Devinder Garg, Vaneera Garg, Toshak Garg and Daksh Garg at 3,00,000 warrants each • Non-promoter allottees include Sangeeta Pareekh, Securocrop Securities India, Saket Agarwal, Vanshika Sharma and Manit Sawhney
