• Company to acquire 21,10,680 equity shares, or 26% of Solluz Energy Private Limited (CIN: U52100DL2015PTC277648) • Investment of ₹5.28 Cr at ₹25 per equity share (face value ₹10, premium ₹15) • Issue price revised from ₹24 to ₹25; total investment increased from ~₹5.07 Cr to ₹5.28 Cr • Solluz will become an associate of the Company after the investment • Company gets right to nominate one director, pre-emptive rights, right of first offer and specified tag-along rights • Certain reserved matters, including capital structure changes, require prior consent of the Company
