• BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd) has empanelled Azad as a long-term source and awarded a two-year Long Term Rate Contract • Scope: supply of critical stationary (stator vanes) and rotating airfoils/blades for heavy-duty gas turbines • Estimated contract value ~₹52.68 Cr; execution period up to October 9, 2028 • Domestic order; company had previously executed a similar rate contract which was not material at the time • Approval supports BHEL's indigenisation of critical gas turbine components and AZAD's role in India's domestic power generation equipment ecosystem
