• Company invested ₹5 Cr in its wholly owned subsidiary Shakti EV Mobility Pvt Ltd by subscribing to 50,00,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each • Consolidated investment in the subsidiary stands at ₹80 Cr after subscribing the said equity shares • Investment made in cash; acquisition completion stated as same day, no government or regulatory approvals required • Shakti EV Mobility manufactures electric vehicle motors for two/three/four wheelers and special purpose EVs, plus EV chargers and controllers • Subsidiary total asset size ₹128.57 Cr as on 31 March 2026 • Subsidiary turnover: FY26 ₹24.25 Cr, FY25 ₹3.73 Cr, FY24 ₹4.30 Cr
