• Fortis Hospotel Limited (wholly owned subsidiary of Fortis Healthcare) to acquire 26% paid-up capital of Clean Max Sau Private Limited • Investment up to ₹1.85 Cr in cash for acquisition/subscription of 26% of paid-up capital • Target is an SPV incorporated June 2, 2026 for captive solar power generation in Haryana, supplying renewable energy to Fortis Hospotel • Aims to meet company's green energy needs and optimize energy cost • Acquisition to be completed within 3 months of agreement execution
