TMPV : SIGNS DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT WITH STELLANTIS FOR TECHNOLOGY COLLABORATION

• Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) and subsidiary Tata Passenger Electric Mobility (TPEM) signed definitive agreement with Stellantis India • TMPV to provide Stellantis access to advanced product technology and vehicle architecture • Stellantis to use its product development and engineering capabilities in India to address more than 50 global markets • Vehicles developed under the agreement will be manufactured in India at FIAPL, the 50:50 JV between TMPV and Stellantis • Agreement follows February 2026 MoU and aims to accelerate export ambitions, anchoring India in global production network • Stellantis brings 14 automotive brands and presence across Europe, North America, South America, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific
