YASH HIGHVOLTAGE : USA SUBSIDIARY SIGNS 3-YEAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE AGREEMENT

• Subsidiary Yash HV USA Inc. enters representation agreement with EHV Solutions LLC, effective October 12, 2026 • EHV Solutions appointed sales representative across 5 states in Western and South Central United States • Scope covers promoting and marketing products, stakeholder mapping, product evangelism, utility approvals and product homologation • Products covered: LV high current bushings up to 25,000 Amps and OIP condenser bushings up to 245 kV • RIP and RIS condenser bushings up to 230 kV to be included from 2027 onwards • Agreement valid for 36 months; no shareholding or related-party relationship between the parties
