• Board approved investing up to ₹65 L in Transtech Punjab CBG LLP by acquiring 51% partnership stake from Mr. Amitabh Tandon • Target LLP is engaged in generation of compressed bio-gas (CBG) and fermented organic manure; registered office in Haryana • Target turnover: FY25 ₹1.78 L and FY26 ₹5.32 Cr; capital contribution raised to ₹1 Cr on 1 October 2025 • Mr. Amitabh Tandon is a Non-Executive Director of Globus Power and a partner in the target LLP; transaction is a related party transaction • Consideration is cash and is stated to be at arm's length
