HINDCOMPOS : DECLARES SPECIAL INTERIM DIVIDEND OF RS 21/SHARE

• Board at its meeting on 12th October, 2026 declared special interim dividend @420% i.e. ₹21 per equity share of face value ₹5 each • Dividend is for the financial year 2026-27 and is fully paid up • Record date for determining eligible shareholders fixed as Friday, 16th October, 2026 • Special interim dividend to be paid to eligible shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration
