• Signed 47 hotels in H1 FY2027, taking portfolio to 670 hotels with an industry leading pipeline of 280 hotels • Opened 20 hotels in H1, taking operating hotels to 390 across brands • Openings added presence in Mumbai, Gurugram, Goa and Hyderabad and forayed into Kandla, Ayodhya, Tadoba, Kota, Bokaro and Jorhat • Global expansion: Taj footprint extended with hotel openings in Frankfurt and Kruger, South Africa • Signings spread across segments — 4 Taj hotels, a Brij and an Atmantan in luxury, with 19 signings in Ginger and Tree of Life in mid-scale • Company said it is on track to achieve its Accelerate 2030 guidance of a 700-hotel portfolio ahead of time
