ICICIAMC Q2 : STANDALONE NET PROFIT UP 6.1% AT ₹888.96 CR (YOY), DOWN 7.8% (QOQ). MIX (ON 1ST LOOK)

Revenue from operations up 16.3% at ₹1,673.79 Cr (YOY), up 7.0% (QOQ). Profit before tax up 9.6% at ₹1,197.70 Cr (YOY), down 6.5% (QOQ). Net profit up 6.1% at ₹888.96 Cr (YOY), down 7.8% (QOQ). Total income up 11.9% at ₹1,690.70 Cr (YOY), down 3.1% (QOQ). Board approved interim dividend of ₹30 per equity share. Entered BTA to acquire entire PMS business of ICICI Securities on slump sale basis; subject to SEBI approval.
