MRO-TEK Q2 : CONS NET PROFIT DOWN 78.8% AT ₹1.86 CR (YOY), UP 686% (QOQ). MIX (ON 1ST LOOK)
Revenue down 21.4% at ₹18.79 Cr (YOY), up 15.1% (QOQ). Standalone net profit down 60.2% at ₹2.31 Cr (YOY), down 2.6% (QOQ); standalone revenue up 78.4% at ₹18.79 Cr (YOY). Finance cost ₹3.01 Cr and depreciation ₹1.47 Cr for the quarter; EPS ₹0.99 v ₹4.68 (YOY). Segment revenue: product ₹11.51 Cr, real estate ₹4.51 Cr, solutions ₹2.78 Cr. Caution: prior periods include ₹40.42 Cr profit on sale of Electronic City property (FY26) and land-sale gains. Company renamed to MRO-TEK Networks from Umiya Buildcon; R&D and new office lease added ₹1.08 Cr costs in the quarter.
