SKIPPER : APPROVES INCORPORATION OF WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY WITH AUTHORISED CAPITAL RS 25 CR
• Board approved incorporation of a private company as a wholly owned subsidiary of Skipper Limited • Proposed names: Evergrid Pvt. Ltd., Evergrid India Pvt. Ltd., Evergrid Transmission Pvt. Ltd., or another name approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs • Subsidiary to be incorporated in India for transmission and EPC related works • Authorised capital ₹25 Cr; issued capital ₹1 Cr; Skipper will invest funds by subscribing shares and hold 100% stake • Board appointed Mr. Rabindra Nath Nayak as Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) for 5 years, subject to shareholder approval • Postal ballot notice approved to seek members' approval for his appointment as Independent Director
