WINDLAS : APPOINTS 2 INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS; CHAIRMAN VIVEK DHARIWAL RESIGNS

Aashish Mehra (DIN: 03142813) and Soni Saran Singh (DIN: 01125022) appointed additional independent directors for five consecutive years from October 12, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Vivek Dhariwal (DIN: 02826679) resigned as independent director with effect from close of business on October 12, 2026, citing personal reasons and prior commitments. Dhariwal also ceased to be Chairman of the Board and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
