CEIGALL : ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY SHARES OF JAM KHAMBHALIYA JAMNAGAR POWER TRANSMISSION FOR RS 18.4 CR

• Ceigall India signed Share Purchase Agreement with REC Power Development and Consultancy to acquire 100% equity shares of Jam Khambhaliya Jamnagar Power Transmission Limited • Target has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceigall India Limited • Aggregate cash consideration about ₹18.4 Cr, inclusive of subscription cost of ₹5 L • Target was formed by RECPDCL; paid-up capital ₹5 L (50,000 equity shares of ₹10 each); turnover nil • Acquisition follows LOI for Common Transmission System for evacuation of power from Lakadia, Jam Khambhaliya and Jamnagar under TBCB • Target operates in power transmission and distribution and was incorporated on 09 May 2026
