MINDACORP : ACQUIRES 26% STAKE IN SUNSURE SOLARPARK FOR UP TO RS 57.75 L

• Minda Corporation executed a Share Subscription Agreement to acquire 26% equity in Sunsure Solarpark Sixteen Private Limited (Sunsure) • Consideration is cash, up to ₹57.75 L; acquisition is expected to complete in approximately 6 months • Sunsure operates in renewable energy, setting up ground-mounted, grid-connected solar electric generating facility; incorporated in 2026 and based in Noida, India • Target turnover was ₹9.64 Cr in FY26 and ₹7.16 Cr in FY25; PAT was negative ₹8.88 L as on 31.03.2026 • Objective is to reduce power cost by shifting towards solar and wind power, which are cost-effective and environment friendly • Post-investment, Minda Corp will hold 26% equity in Sunsure
