• NCLT Chennai has convened a meeting of unsecured creditors of Kothari Sugars on Friday, November 13, 2026 under Sections 230-232 • Share exchange ratio: 1 fully paid equity share of ₹10 of Kothari Petrochemicals for every 5 equity shares of ₹10 of Kothari Sugars • Appointed date April 1, 2026; transferor company to stand dissolved without winding up on the scheme becoming effective • Unsecured creditors of Kothari Sugars owed ₹16.21 Cr and secured creditors ₹25.43 Cr as on July 31, 2026 will become creditors of the transferee • NSE gave no adverse observation on the scheme on August 19, 2026; scheme e-filed with NCLT on August 31, 2026
