Appeal relates to Point No. 22 of the NCLT Mumbai Bench order dated September 23, 2026 (CA (CAA) No. 253/MB/2025). Scheme involves amalgamation of Eon Hinjewadi Infrastructure, Restocraft Hospitality and Wellcraft Infraprojects into Ventive Hospitality.
