ORSL : WINS BPCL LARGE-SCALE CBG ORDER WORTH OVER RS 10 CR
• Wholly owned subsidiary Solapur Bioenergy Systems (SBESPL) secured EPCOM contract from BPCL for organic municipal solid waste-based CBG plant at Hubli-Dharwad, Karnataka • Contract classified as Large-Scale Order (₹50-100 Cr range); execution in 15 months from LOA followed by 5 years O&M • Fourth large-scale BPCL order in a month; four plants (Mysuru, Raipur, Kozhikode, Hubli) add ~20 TPD aggregate CBG processing capacity • ORSL also renewed O&M contract for a separate CBG plant in Gorakhpur with IOCL, giving operating relationships with two major OMCs • Policy tailwinds: mandatory CBG blending obligation scales from 1% to 5% by FY29, excise duty exemption on biogas portion of blended CNG, and MNRE assistance up to ₹10 Cr per plant
