• NOPL Solar Projects, wholly-owned subsidiary of Vikran Engineering, signs facility agreement with IREDA for rupee term loan up to ₹2,941.19 Cr • Loan to part-finance 969 MWac / 1,163 MWp solar photovoltaic project under MSKVY Scheme across 152 locations in Maharashtra • Estimated project cost at ₹4,201.70 Cr; balance to be funded via promoter contribution and other sources • Financing finalises EPC contract awarded to Vikran Engineering by NOPL worth ₹3,517.98 Cr • Facility agreement dated 9th October 2026; marks significant milestone towards project implementation
