PFS : BOARD EXTENDS MD & CEO TENURE, NAMES NODAL OFFICER FOR PTC STAKE MONETIZATION

Board extended Rajiv Malhotra as MD&CEO (Addl. Charge) for 1 year from 1 Dec 2026 to 30 Nov 2027 and Manohar Balwani as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer for 1 year from 6 Nov 2026 to 5 Nov 2027. Govinda Garg, AVP-CS, appointed Nodal Officer to coordinate with PTC India Ltd and its advisors, further to PTC India's 19 May 2026 disclosure on re-initiating exploration of monetization of its investment in the Company. Filing states the authorization does not constitute approval of any divestment or transfer of shares and no transaction has been finalised.
