SUNPHARMA : APPROVES RS 10,000 CR NCD ISSUE

• Board approved issuance of listed, rated, unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures on private placement basis in one or more tranches • Aggregate amount not exceeding ₹10,000 Cr • Finance Committee authorised to determine tranche-specific terms, allocation and allotment • Gautam Doshi resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director w.e.f. 12 October 2026 citing personal reasons • Doshi also ceased to hold positions on Committees of the Board
