• Scheme of Arrangement for demerger of Distillery Division of K M Sugar Mills into K M Spirits and Allied Industries Limited • Board of Resulting Company approved allotment of 1.84 Cr fully-paid equity shares of ₹10 each to eligible equity shareholders of K M Sugar Mills as on record date October 02, 2026 • Allotment includes 7,319 fully-paid equity shares for fractional entitlements to trustee Gurvinder Singh Monga for disposal within 90 days • Existing equity shares of K M Spirits held by K M Sugar Mills stand cancelled; K M Spirits ceases to be subsidiary of K M Sugar Mills • Company is applying to stock exchanges for listing and trading approval of allotted shares
