JUNIPER GREEN ENERGY: COMMISSIONS FULL 150 MW WIND-SOLAR HYBRID POWER PROJECT IN GUJARAT

• Company has fully commissioned its 150 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project in Gujarat. • Final 5 MW wind turbine commissioned on October 12, 2026, completing the entire 150 MW project. • Project operates under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL). • Commissioning has been witnessed and confirmed by officials of Gujarat Energy Development Agency and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited. • Formal commissioning certificate is expected shortly. • Following commissioning, Juniper Green Energy and its subsidiaries' aggregate operational capacity stands at approximately 2,745 MWp, along with 603 MWh Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). • Impact: Positive 🟢 — Completion of the hybrid project strengthens operational capacity and supports future power generation and revenue under the existing PPA.
