• Subsidiary YASH HV USA INC. entered a 36-month representation agreement with EHV Solutions LLC effective October 12, 2026 • Adds five Western and South-Central US states, expanding network from 22 to 27 states • EHV Solutions to support promotion, marketing, sales, stakeholder mapping, product evangelism, utility approvals and product homologation • Products covered include LV High Current Bushings up to 25,000 Amps, OIP Condenser Bushings up to 245 kV, and RIP/RIS Condenser Bushings up to 230 kV, available from 2027 • US electrical sector has more than 3,000 utilities; agreement builds on prior appointments of ENSALES Electrical Associates and Gateway Power Sales
