KPIL : WINS RS 2031 CR ORDER

• New order wins / letter of comfort of approx. ₹2,031 Cr in Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business across India and international markets • Sweden subsidiary Linjemontage i Grästorp AB received order worth approximately ₹194 Cr (~SEK 200 Mn) from Ellevio AB • Linjemontage order covers refurbishment and expansion of an existing 130 kV substation in Repbäcken, Borlänge, over three years • Scope includes new 130 kV substation, foundation and civil works, control building, assembly, testing and commissioning • Orders secured so far in YTD FY27 at approx. ₹20,000 Cr, representing over 30% YoY growth
